WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW?
We are able to offer lower prices because we print orders in very large quantities. With multiple print jobs on large sheets of paper we call it gang printing, we reduce the costs of making additional printing plates and prevents other setup fees. and when we finish the product it is less labour time spend, We then pass these savings on to you!
WHAT PAPER STOCK DO YOU PRINT ON?

WILL I RECEIVE THE EXACT QUANTITY I ORDERED?
Most of the time we will print slightly more than what you ordered, for no additional charge. As printing industry trade standards allow for underages of up to 10%, sometimes we will print slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. If you are doing a mailing and need to receive the exact amount ordered, it is best to communicate this to someone in our production department at the time you place your order.

Priority Service
Techprint understands you have deadlines to meet, and whenever reasonable practical we will endeavour to meet your deadlines.
If you need an order delivered by a specific date, or need a super-quick turnaround time, talk to our Customer Service team about the Techprint ‘Super Fast Service’.
Depending on your ‘required by’ date, we may be able to provide you with a Priority Service at no extra charge.
However, if you need a super quick turnaround time we may need to reschedule production runs which could result in additonal labour and overtime cost in order to meet your deadline. As a result, a Priority Service request may incur a fee. and will be discussed with you before the turnaround time is agreed.
Can I see a proof before Printing?
A hard copy proof can be arranged for Brochures, Flyers and Magazines but are not available for Business Card or Postcard products.
Requests for a proof must be made prior to submitting an order either by including it in a quote request or by adding it to the Extra Information box before submitting an order.
Note:
We Do Not Send Hard Copy Proof Unless We Have Advised Other Wise, In Store Hard Copy Check Up Available On Request. Only For Jobs Over $500
What is FLYERS PRINTING Artwork File Specifications?
Artwork File Specifications
We accept PDF files, version 1.4 or higher.
We recommend 300dpi for all images and 800dpi for all text as an image. Please ensure:
- Artwork is correctly sized with the required bleed as per Techprint’s Artwork Guides and Templates
- All colours are CMYK or Greyscale (no RGB or Spot Colours)
- All fonts are embedded or converted to curves
- All transparency effects have been flattened
- There are no low resolution images.

What if I’ve uploaded the wrong artwork file?
Contact us as soon as you realise the mistake and we will endeavor to remove the file from the system before it goes to print. Due to our tight turnaround times, in some cases it may be too late to replace artwork and you will be charged so please be very careful when uploading your artwork.
Can you fix or Design my artwork?

How long will it take to print my job?
All turn Arround Time is mentioned on the product page your are placing your order, every order is diffrent based on the quantity and finishing of the job, for all urgent jobs please contact us before placing order online.
